Admission Criteria
The presence of a serious Mental Illness
As a result of the Mental Illness, the individual has significant impairment that interferes with or limits role performance in at least one of the following domains:

​ Educational (i.e. obtaining a High School Diploma or College Degree​

Social (i.e. developing a social support system
-
Vocational (i.e. obtaining part time or full time employment

The individual chooses to participate in the program
​
Must have Virginia Medicaid
