Peer Recovery Services
Peer Recovery Services believe that people with substance use and/or co-occurring psychiatric difficulties can and do recover and live meaningful lives with support from their peers. Our services are 100% peer run — delivered by individuals who have lived experience with recovery.

Substance Use Case Management
Our Substance Use Case Management services are designed to assist individuals in navigating the complex systems of care. We coordinate services, connect clients to community resources, and provide ongoing support to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery.

What Are Peer Recovery Services?
Peer Recovery Services believe that people with substance use and/or co-occurring psychiatric difficulties can and do recover and live meaningful lives with support from their peers.
About Our Peer Recovery Program
People with substance use and/or co-occurring psychiatric difficulties can and do recover and live meaningful lives with support from their peers.
Services are provided by individuals who are in recovery from substance use or co-occurring mental health challenges.
We strive to support people with substance use and/or mental health challenges with opportunities for recovery provided by others who have experienced similar struggles.
We provide recovery-based program development, supervision, and leadership to those who struggle with substance abuse and/or co-occurring psychiatric difficulties.
Services include supported peer recovery education and advocacy, community inclusion activities, and focused peer support.

Substance Use Case Management Services
Substance Use Case Management Services assist members and their family members in accessing needed medical, psychiatric, psychological, social, educational, vocational, recovery, and other supports essential to meeting the member's basic needs.

Eligibility: The eligible member shall meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). If a member has co-occurring mental health and SUD, the case manager shall include activities to address both.

Eligibility Note
The eligible member shall meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Tobacco related disorders, caffeine related disorders, and non substance-related disorders are not covered under this program. Members with co-occurring mental health and SUD will receive integrated support addressing both conditions.
